EE&T LABORATORIES The EE&T Laboratory was established to conduct the state-of-the-art analysis required to evaluate and research new and emerging water quality needs. Our personnel are continually researching and evaluating new analytical techniques to stay at the forefront of our industry. We specialize in the drinking water field and maintain certification in several states, as well as analyzing for emerging compounds on the regulatory horizon. Our laboratory is equipped to analyze the latest DBPs and was approved under the ICR for analysis. The laboratory is also EPA approved to conduct perchlorate analysis under List 1 of the UCMR. We provide complete services including: developing a sample program, sample collection, analysis and results interpretation. Sample collection/preservation and analysis methods have been optimized to achieve the most representative sample and low detection levels, respectively. EE&T Laboratory, in conjuction with the Process Group, conducts treatability studies including enhanced coagulation, RSSCT, DAF, DBP reduction, alternate oxidants, and coagulant optimization. These samples can be tested in-house for water characterization parameters, such as particle counts, turbidity, TOC, UV-254 and organic DBPs.
